CIRI Fireweed Business Center

Cook Inlet Region Incorporated, through its development arm Cook Inlet Land Development Corporation, developed a new 8-story Class A office building on a prime location on the New Seward Highway at Fireweed Lane. We provided site master planning and layout to accommodate the main building and future phase II development. As a Class A office building, designs emphasized the front and rear entry plazas for ease of access and aesthetics that incorporated culturally relevant motifs and amenities. Work also included the development of performance-based irrigation plans and ordinance analysis with the provision of permit drawings that met and exceeded ordinance requirements.
