Home 2 Suites Hotel

Anchorage has been identified as having an overall shortage of available hotel rooms. We worked with Hilton to develop a Home 2 Suites hotel within Midtown. We provided bid documents and permitting assistance. Bid documents included a landscape design that met and exceeded new Title 21 requirements. The landscape was also designed to meet aesthetic guidelines for the Home 2 Suites brand requirements with specific brand standards. Permitting involved Title 21 requirements, staff meetings, and the submittal of landscape as part of a Conditional Use Permit request.
