Eklutna Estates Elder Housing

Cook Inlet Housing Authority's goal is "Independence through Housing." Through the development of programs and quality housing, they hope to provide a solid foundation for their constituents to enhance their quality of life. Corvus Design provided planning and design services for this 59 unit senior housing building located within Cook Inlet Housing Authority's Centennial Village senior residence campus. We provided full service from initial master planning through construction inspection and administration. Our involvement included an enhanced master plan where asphalt was reduced (without loss of parking) and increased the natural aesthetics of the site. The site and landscape design focused on providing code-required landscape, an entry plaza with high aesthetics, and a green roof for resident use.
