Mountain View Duplexes

Cook Inlet Housing Authority's goal is "Independence through housing." Through the development of programs and quality housing, they hope to provide a solid foundation for their constituents to enhance their quality of life. As part of a term contract with Cook Inlet Housing Authority, Corvus Design provided residential-scale design services to develop three duplex prototypes in the Mountain View neighborhood. Each site will receive simple, low-maintenance gardenscapes that enhance the character of the homes. A key landscape component was to provide warmth and character to the street and allow for privacy and a feeling of secure homeownership.
